With 25 years experience in the cake decorating industry and accolades including the coverted championship awards at Hotelympia in London.  My formal City and Guilds qualifications were undertaken at a top catering and bakery college, Brooklands Technical College in Surrey, where I attained distinction grades.  I have the expertise and experience to specialise in creating top quality wedding and celebration cakes.  Each cake is individually designed to either your own specifications or one from my own portfolio.  Guaranteed to create a stunning Centrepiece for your very special day.
